Our Team
Patrick Roche
Patrick is a screenwriter and producer splitting his time between Portland, Maine and New York City. He holds a BA in film production from UMass, Amherst and has been a freelance film and commercial TV producer for more than 20 years. He has written and produced a number of short films, and scripted award winning commercial videos. Patrick prides himself on writing clean, compelling copy and working with creatives and clients to articulate and visualize their passions.
As the founder and director of Think Tank Coworking, Patrick has won numerous awards for entrepreneurship, civic leadership and business development.
Erik Van Wyck
Erik has over 25 years experience in the entertainment industry. His first feature film as a producer, “Expecting” (Michelle Monaghan, Radha Mitchell) was released by Tribeca/Lightning Entertainment in 2013. He also produced the Maine-set “Holly Star”, now available on Netflix.He has written or co-written several screenplays, including the upcoming “CRCL9” for Depth of Field. Erik has also received a Writer’s Guild of Canada award for his work on “This Hour Has 22 Minutes” and was selected for Stowe Story Lab’s Narrative Lab Retreat 2022.
Erik has also appeared in front of the camera many times, as an actor in many commercials, TV shows, and films including “Cold Case”, “Castle”, A Beautiful Mind” and “How I Met Your Mother”, and as a globe-trotting host exploring the international dating scene in MOJO’s “Getting Abroad.”
